Pictures from trip in April

Well, we finally got around to putting up some pictures of our RV trip in April.

Over spring break, we rented an RV for the week and went ‘camping’ in Santa Cruz. Ellen’s friend, Amy Colton, and Claire’s friend, Laura Hovey, came along with their moms.

One evening, we accidentally left the smore stuff out over night and by the next morning it was all gone! We think raccoons ate it.

There was a lot of poison oak around the campsite, so we had to be careful not to go off the path. One evening, Ricky kept itching his hand so we washed it with a LOT of soap and after that he seemed fine.

We also had a lot of fun playing on the beach. Every day we would walk down to the beach and play. On the first day, dad built a fire and kept it going all day.

Twice while we were there, Ellen, Amy, Ricky, and I built big sand forts. Claire’s favorite part about the RV trip was the beach. Ellen’s favorite part was the beach. Ricky’s favorite part was either the RV or the beach. I enjoyed all of these and couldn’t really pick a favorite.

We had a lot of fun and hope to do it again eventually.
