Hello! Wow there’s never a dull moment is there!This morning we got a new foster “child.”
Last night mom got a call asking if we could take a fifteen year old girl named Menan. Menan (pronounced ME nan) was born in Iraq and has been in America less than a year. She will be staying with us until some family issues are sorted out.
Menan and Claire will be sleeping in Ellen’s bedroom and Ellen and I will be sleeping in my and Claire’s bedroom.
This is just a week after Aalyiah and Angel went home and here we are again with a foster care teenager. This is our first time with a foster kid over the age of seven!
Luckily Menan is very nice but it will still be interesting.
